COVID-19

Keeping our clients and staff safe.

Here at Regional and Rural Realty, we have implemented cautionary procedures to ensure the safety of not only our staff, but that of our vendors and buyer community.

Please be rest assured, that it is business as usual and we will dedicate the same level of care, expertise, and professionalism that you have come to know. Here are some of the alterations we have made to accommodate the well-being of all:

Stringent vetting of inspection attendees and distancing measures
We may refuse entry to anyone who has recently traveled from known COVID hotspots, or who may be displaying flu-like symptoms common to that of Coronavirus (COVID-19).  You may be asked questions regarding your health status and recent travel before entering a property. We require you to use the displayed QR Code check-in or provide your details to staff at Open Homes and in our office.

We will adhere to the Public Health (COVID-19 Restrictions on Gathering and Movement) Order 2020, which includes social distancing protocols. Numbers may be limited at Open Homes and Auctions.

All clients will be asked to travel to properties in their own vehicles and are not permitted to travel with staff.

  • QR Code check-in is required. and verification of double vaccination is required as per NSW Health Orders
  • Open homes and Auctions are now allowable under the current Health Department orders

Best practices to ensure great personal hygiene
Our staff have all been briefed about best practices for personal hygiene and are diligently following instructions set out in the Public Health (COVID-19 Restrictions on Gathering and Movement) Order 2020  We are regularly washing our hands and also providing sanitiser where possible. Face masks will be made available for those who wish to wear one.

We request that you refrain from touching surfaces such as door handles, light switches, benchtops, handrails, and other high-touch areas.
