Janette Oliver

Janette is a Licenced Real Estate & Stock and Station Agent/Auctioneer and is the Licensee in Charge of our Wauchope Office.

Janette started work in the banking industry with the Bank of New South Wales, which then became Westpac Banking Corporation and after many years moved onto The United Permanent Building Society as a Branch Manager.

Her first property purchase was when she was 21, "a fixer-upper" in the Manly area. After the profitable renovation and "flip" of that property, she successfully bought, refurbished and on-sold a number of properties over the years.

Janette made the move to the Port Macquarie area several years ago and since purchased a 100acre property at Mortons Creek with her husband, Drew.

As an Accredited Swimming Teacher and Coach since 1996, her involvement with swimming continues at Vicki's Swim Centre in Port Macquarie. Some local families will recognize her from the Long Flat Public School swimming program, or the Wauchope Pool Learn-To-Swim classes.

Janette has an eye for renovation opportunity, identifying homes that can easily be upgraded or modified to live in or sell for a profit.
