Coming to real estate with over 15 years of experience in the finance industry having worked in general, business and lending services of Westpac, United Permanent Building Society and Royal Bank of Canada.
After moving to and living in Port Macquarie for a few years, Jen and her husband Drew, purchased 100 acres in Mortons Creek, just a few minutes from Wauchope in 2012.
Her first property purchase was in 1985, a 1950s-style cottage in the Manly area. After the profitable renovation and "flip" of that property, she successfully purchased, renovated and on-sold a number of properties over the past 40 years.
As an Accredited Swimming Teacher and Coach since 1996, her involvement with swimming continues locally, with a prepossession for teaching adults, stroke correction, and competitive swimming.
Jen has an eye for renovation opportunities, identifying homes that can easily be upgraded or modified to live in or sell for a profit.
